How to Join

To become a member:

complete a Membership Form,

pay the club Membership dues and

pay a one time application fee to cover the cost of a name tag.

Membership dues:

$35 per year for an individual membership

$45 per year for a family membership

$0 For a student membership (members under 18)

 

Please note that any minor attending a SAZWA activity must be accompanied by an adult.

Membership form:

You can join at any meeting by filling out a Membership Form and paying your dues. Forms are available at every meeting (see Chris Eggers, membership chairman). You can also use the online Membership Form.  You can print the form and fill it out by hand or fill out the highlighted contact fields, check the box for the type of membership you want and the box indicating whether or not you agree to your contact information being published in our Membership directory then print and sign it. You can bring the signed form to any meeting (2024 Meeting Schedule) or mail it to:
