SAZWA Roster on AAW Website

The officer roster for Southern Arizona Woodturners Inc. needs to be updated whenever there is a change in officers. AAW uses this roster to determine who is authorized to make future updates and who is authorized to request an invoice for AAW insurance.

On the AAW website:

    Log in (all officers are required to be AAW members)

    Choose <Chapters> from the main menue

    Choose <Chapter Officer Tool Kit> from the drop down menu

    Scroll to the bottom of the page

    Click the <Update> button

    Scroll to the bottom of the page

    On the right side there is a Chapter Officer Updates Form

   The information required is:

        The name of the person submitting the change (the person must be on the existing roster)

        The submitter's email address

        Our chapter's name (Southern Arizona Woodturners Association, Inc.)

        The names of the new officers in the appropriate fields

        Click <Submit>

You will receive an email confirmation when the roster has been updated
